President Zelenskyy said Ukrainian Flamingo cruise missiles struck the Progress rocket facility in Samara region, which supports Russia's Rassvet satellite internet network, and that forces also hit Savasleyka air base in Nizhny Novgorod region. Samara's mayor said air defences repelled a massive attack and industrial sites took localised damage.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said air defences downed more than 100 drones overnight and emergency crews responded where debris fell, with three people wounded. Regional officials also reported one death in the Moscow region and three deaths in Rostov region during the same night of attacks, according to Telegram and wire reports.

Romania's Defence Ministry said a Spanish F-18 on a NATO air policing mission shot down a drone that illegally entered Romanian airspace. It is the fourth drone downed over Romania this year. Bucharest did not name the origin of the aircraft.

Kyiv authorities said the capital came under ballistic missile attack late Saturday into Sunday, with one person wounded and fires at non-residential sites in the Obolonsky and Holosiivskyi districts. Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported debris fires in at least two areas.

A woman was killed and six people wounded in a missile and drone attack on Kryvyi Rih early Sunday, the Dnipropetrovsk regional governor said. The city is President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's hometown.
