Qatar says LNG carrier Al Mayeda was hit by unidentified objects in the Gulf, with no injuries.

Qatar Gas Transport Company said Sunday that the strike happened Friday evening. It said none of the crew was hurt, there was no environmental damage, and the ship remains operational while the impact is assessed, according to a statement carried by Al Jazeera. The company did not name who fired. Iran has warned ships using the Strait of Hormuz without its permission would be destroyed. The United States denies Iranian mine claims after earlier tanker fires in the strait.

Iran rejected a US plan via Qatar that sought an immediate Hormuz reopening and uranium transfer abroad, Reuters reported.

Middle East Spectator, citing Reuters, said Tehran called the seven-day proposal a list of unacceptable demands rather than an offer. The reported US asks included transferring Iran's uranium abroad up front and ending the Strait of Hormuz closure. Iran's security chief Mohsen Rezaei said the nuclear file can be discussed only after Washington meets Iranian demands, according to Iranian state TV as relayed by War Monitor.

Iran's supreme leader told military chiefs any new attack must draw an immediate response with no geographic limits.

Middle East Spectator said Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei met the heads of the General Staff, the army, and the IRGC and told them forces must stay at the highest readiness. Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Ali Abdollahi said Iran is updating its target list and would not wait for an attack to start if hostile intent is confirmed. Separately, War Monitor said Khamenei ordered higher production of ammunition and weapons for reconnaissance, support, and combat.

A Saudi aircraft carrying Turkish, Saudi, and Pakistani officials landed in Tehran for Mecca Pact talks, Iran's foreign ministry said.

Middle East Spectator said the flight carried Turkish intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin, Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman, and Pakistani Field Marshal Asim Munir. Iran's foreign ministry described the visit as part of an Iranian-led push on Israeli expansion, Lebanon, Palestine, and the effects of US-Israeli strikes on Iran. Pakistan's army spokesman said Islamabad has no objection to Iran joining the Mecca defense agreement and that the decision rests with the parties, according to the same channel.
